CyberLab #SmartProductionPark

In autumn 2022, the CyberLab #SmartProductionPark was ceremonially opened. On this occasion, Minister President Winfried Kretschmann gave a welcoming speech and honoured Dr Friedrich Georg Hoepfner, founder and honorary chairmen of the CyberForum, with the Federal Cross of Merit 1st Class of the Order of Merit of the Federal Republic of Germany for his services to the digital economy in the region. The CyberForum operates the startup centre on behalf of the city of Karlsruhe, which offers space for up to 40 startups. The CyberLab #SmartProductionPark specialises in start-ups from the field of modern production. It offers a 3,000 sqm working landscape with co-working space, event area, maker space, workshop and café.

feco is proud to support this exceptional startup initiative and has set up the feco Lounge in the CyberLab #SmartProductionPark there, among other things. The feco lounge is an agile location for workshops and events, equipped with state-of-the-art technology and flexible furniture. The space can accommodate up to 30 people and has various meeting zones that can be used as needed. There is a large, height-adjustable table that can seat up to 10 people. In the middle of the room there are various sofas with acoustic effect, as a place to retreat or for small breaks and conversations in between. Rollable screens provide a generous presentation area, complemented by modular seating steps. The feco lounge is an example of future-open room design tailored to the needs of the modern working world. It can be requested via the CyberForum Karlsruhe.
