With the desire for a modern, friendly working environment, Hirsch-Reisen worked with feco to comprehensively redesign the office space. The aim was to create an environment that is not only functional thanks to its color scheme and room structure, but also reflects the vacation feeling that the Hirsch-Reisen brand embodies.
Together with Kemminer Architekten and the employees, a new room concept that enables concentrated work as well as spontaneous meetings and creative discussions was developed . By introducing a desk-sharing concept, it was possible to re-locate workstations and at the same time gain space for small meeting areas. The number of fixed workstations was reduced to create more space for collaboration and dialogue. The office has been acoustically optimised with suspended ceilings and acoustic panels behind the workstations – for more peace and focus in everyday working life.
The interior design is a particular highlight: with sunny yellow tones for a feeling of beach and summer, deep blue tones as a reference to the sky and sea and vibrant green for nature and relaxation, the holiday motif is atmospherically tangible. The concept is complemented by a small work café, which serves as a central meeting zone for informal discussions and creative breaks. Despite the listed building fabric, it was possible to create a modern office environment with a clear structure, a high quality of stay and an inspiring character – a workplace that makes you want to be in the office.
