Telescopic connections were used with the feco wall system to absorb the existing building tolerances and ensure horizontally uniform upper and lower edge heights. This also enabled the plumb and flush alignment of the long corridor wall runs. To decouple structure-borne sound and guarantee high sound insulation requirements, the system walls were erected on pre-assembled sleeper timbers. The strict requirements for escape routes and fire protection were met using F30 fanlight walls and escape door terminals. Characteristic, rounded custom elements of the fecofix double glazing and the fecowall solid wall structure the walkways in a natural way. Generous fecofix glass elements direct daylight deep into the corridors while ensuring high sound insulation for focused teaching. The integrated fecoorga shelf stud system incorporates the wayfinding system and enables facility management to flexibly attach whiteboards and notice boards.

The modular construction makes the building permanently adaptable. Damaged panels can be replaced in a resource-conserving manner during ongoing school operations, and the expandable fecoorga hook-in system supports the school in continuing to flexibly adapt its learning environment to new educational concepts in the future.
