Burg Grammar School
Learning environment for a digital future
The absence of chalk makes washbasins in the 32 classrooms superfluous. White boards, projectors, document cameras and desks specially designed for notebook computers enable digital teaching. Large-format pin boards on the rear wall offer space for students to present their work. With the construction of the new Burg-Gymnasium, a learning environment has been created that prepares the pupils for a digital future and at the same time offers them a home in the analogue world thanks to its high-quality design. With the new building, the pupils at Burg-Gymnasium grammar school have an attractive learning facility at their disposal. In the teachers‘ room, the fecoorga long wall unit integrates all functions such as a kitchenette, lockers, mailboxes and pin boards. feco has helped shape the classrooms of the future with fecophon oak real wood veneered wall units and acoustically effective wall panelling.
