Sparkasse Offenburg/Ortenau
The new Sparkasse Offenburg/Ortenau building in Ettenheim is a branch that not only communicates the bank's values, but also brings them to life in a tangible way. The feco team was commissioned to develop a design concept for the consultation rooms that reflects the identity of the savings bank in every detail. It was already clear in the concept phase that the existing values of the savings bank should form the basis of the design. This resulted in six curated consultation rooms, each dedicated to a central value: innovation, social commitment, sustainability, security, trust, and solidarity. Each of these rooms translates its value into an individual spatial experience. Materials, colors, and shapes were precisely matched to the respective theme. Chairs, tables, carpets, curtains, and lighting form a harmonious whole and create an atmosphere that invites dialogue. schaffen eine Atmosphäre, die zum Dialog einlädt.
Beyond the consultation rooms, a branch concept was developed that promotes closeness, trust, and well-being. The goal was for customers to find their own personal favorite place: a place where they feel understood, well advised, and in good hands. The team area and staff room were also designed by feco. The result is a coherent overall concept that appeals to customers and employees alike.
The reception area makes a special architectural statement: the service counter made of local silver fir echoes the design language of the Sparkasse S and thus symbolizes regional ties and sustainable construction. The result: a branch that makes values visible, strengthens trust, and shapes the future. A spatial concept that brings the Sparkasse brand to life.
